The buzzwords authenticity, transparency, and vulnerability circulate, but do we know the difference. This is my last rant where I share with you what these words mean to me.
Authentic - true to one's self.
Transparent - honest and open, not secretive.
Vulnerability - letting ourselves be seen for who we are.

Authenticity combined with vulnerability leads to transparency.
