Henry Keculah, Jr. is the founder and CEO of 4.0 of Growth Productivity Accountability (4.0 GPA). Henry attended the University of Texas in Austin and after graduation was accepted into the Teach for America corps. 

In 2016, Henry decided to establish his own company, 4.0 GPA. He began at the micro level by hosting college readiness workshops at a community college for students and their parents. Ray B. Shackelford is a native Houstonian who strives to make a difference in the lives of others. Ray left Houston to attend Morehouse College, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance.
